About The Position

Horizon Services is seeking experienced Residential Plumbing Drain Cleaners who are passionate about problem-solving and customer service. As a technician, you will go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues related to residential drains, including sewer lines, sinks, and toilets, using proper equipment to resolve clogs and backups.

Requirements

• Experience as a Residential Service Plumber with experience using a drain machine.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard-working and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential drains (Sewer Lines, Sinks, Toilets, etc.).
• Resolve clogged or backed-up drain issues using proper equipment.
