About The Position

As a multi-skilled Plumber at Home Group, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across responsive and void properties. This role involves installation and repairs to hot/cold plumbing and heating systems, including sanitary-ware and drainage. You will contribute to improving first-time fixes by utilizing multi-skilling abilities and ensuring compliant work. The position is based across properties in the North East.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Fault finding experience and knowledge of plumbing installations.
• Experience in all aspects of plumbing work within a maintenance environment.
• Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
• A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
• Must be able to use technology.
• Basic DBS and health check done.

Responsibilities

• Complete all allocated jobs right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
• Installation and repairs to hot/cold plumbing and heating installations, including sanitary-ware and drainage systems.
• Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
• Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
• Working in our properties across the North East.
