About The Position

As a Plumber II, you will perform mid-level commercial plumbing work under the guidance of a Plumber III or higher. This role is ideal for tradespeople with solid experience who are ready to take on more technical responsibilities while continuing to develop their skills in a supportive team environment. You will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant commercial plumbing or construction experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Journeyman plumbing license preferred or the ability to obtain one; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently bend, lift, stand, and walk on uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
  • Solid understanding of commercial plumbing systems and installation techniques.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior plumbers.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the layout, assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and related equipment.
  • Perform mid-level plumbing tasks such as pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and basic system testing under supervision.
  • Carry tools, materials, and equipment to support the team on job sites.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through general site clean-up.
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Actively expand your knowledge of commercial plumbing applications, codes, and best practices.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
