About The Position

This position is for a Plumber Apprentice who will support a team of technicians in the field. The role involves significant hard, manual labor, including digging, climbing, carrying heavy items, and cleaning. The apprentice will also support the Warehouse Coordinator and learn to interact with customers, educate them on plumbing issues, and build relationships. Effective communication with teammates in the field and office is essential, and the apprentice must be willing to assist wherever needed.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude
Hustle
Problem-solving skills
Be teachable
Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience

Responsibilities

Support a team of technicians in the field
Perform hard, manual labor such as digging, climbing, carrying heavy items, and cleaning
Support the Warehouse Coordinator
Learn to put customers at ease while educating them on plumbing issues and fixing their problems
Wow customers and build relationships with them
Communicate positively and effectively with teammates in the field and in the office
Be ready and willing to help out wherever needed
