Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in plumbing.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive mindset to take on new challenges.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects.

- Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Assist our experienced plumbers in performing a variety of residential plumbing tasks.
- Gather tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job.
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and water heaters.
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and contribute to effective problem-solving solutions.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in on-the-job training and attend relevant plumbing classes or workshops.
- Develop a strong understanding of plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist in addressing customer concerns.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
