The Palletizer is responsible for ensuring tires meet all OEM marking requirements, including affixing 2D stickers, High Point Stickers, paint daubers, crayon markings, spray adhesive, conicity tags, article numbers, and Palletizer IDs. This role involves removing tires weighing up to 45 pounds from a waist-high conveyor and stacking them on a pallet from floor to shoulder height at a rate of 200 tires per hour. Occasional forklift operation may be required, necessitating certification through the Safety Department and responsible care of the equipment. The Palletizer must adhere to standard practices for quality and quantity production, maintain neat and orderly work areas, and follow all plant policies, environmental policies, and safety guidelines. Effective communication with other palletizers, warehouse truckers, and supervision is essential. The role also includes performing other duties as directed by the PLT Final Finish Supervisor or Department Manager.
