About The Position

SAIC is seeking a PLM Developer to join their Solutions Technology Group ReadyOne Product Team of digital engineers. The role involves advancing the ReadyOne Digital Engineering Ecosystem, a digital thread solution for Digital Engineering Transformation across the industry. The work spans various programs, customers, and corporate initiatives requiring Digital Engineering and Model Based Enterprise applications and infrastructure in Defense, Federal Civilian, and National Security environments. The developer will be responsible for prototyping, architecting, and deploying new Digital Engineering solutions (cloud-based and on-prem) for internal and external customers across multiple security domains. They will engage with other digital engineering subject matter experts to foster understanding of the Digital Engineering ecosystem and assist in developing digital work products and connecting them to the Digital Ecosystem. Additionally, the role requires engaging with the larger community (Industry, Government, and Academia) to stay updated on trends and emerging technologies, approaches, methods, and techniques to mature digital engineering capabilities, and to mentor others on solutions and standards.

• Create integrations to domain specific tools from our PLM platform
• Document solution configurations and use cases
• Identify and fix problems, and continually improve solutions along the way
• Test applications and build test cases and scenarios
• Coach members of your team, sharing skills and motivation as needed
