This position is responsible for troubleshooting and programming equipment using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) with a focus on Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and similar systems. The role involves creating and maintaining backups for PLC and peripheral equipment programs, setting up control programs on operator panels, and troubleshooting electrical issues on automated equipment. Additionally, the PLC Programmer will maintain and modify existing systems, update PLC and operator panel programs to reflect process changes, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
