About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in Fargo, ND as a PLC Engineer. As a PLC Engineer, you will provide setup and operation support for all automated manufacturing systems and associated equipment, program Allen-Bradley PLCs, complete basic repair and maintenance on electrical equipment, use robotics knowledge to ensure proper programming and function, work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners, and contribute to projects that impact communities in West Fargo, Moorhead, Dilworth, Horace and the greater Fargo metro area. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering required
  • Basic robotics knowledge required
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical, instrument, and control diagrams required
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience is required; for this role, co-ops and internships can be considered as professional experience
  • Previous experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming required
  • Capable of working independently and as a team member
  • Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset
  • Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Desire to work on a variety of projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electronic repair and maintenance is a plus
