The manager will develop inspection processes, schedule and document maintenance, and ensure facilities comply with safety and environmental codes. Responsibilities include managing electrical parts and tool inventories, scheduling work by priority, providing technical support and training, leading crews, and overseeing recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members. The role also involves resolving grievances, determining pay increases, ensuring safety training completion, and correcting unsafe conditions.
