Jax Jungle Play is Woodstock's premier indoor playground where families come to play, celebrate birthdays, and create lasting memories. Requirements

• Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM (for weekday daytime position)
• Must be available for weekday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, PA Days, school holidays, and summer break (for evenings & weekends position)
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional with excellent communication skills
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Able to work independently
• Committed to providing outstanding customer service
• Self Starter

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recreation, childcare, food service, or café environments

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Checking guests in using our booking system
• Answering phones and assisting with bookings
• Hosting birthday parties and special events
• Preparing specialty coffees, lattes, cold beverages, and snacks
• Operating the point-of-sale system and processing payments
• Keeping the playground, café, party area, and washrooms clean and organized
• Monitoring the playground to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Restocking inventory and assisting with daily opening and closing duties
• Working together with your teammates to provide an exceptional guest experience
