About The Position

The Players Services Representative is an ambassador of our Unity Loyalty Rewards program. This role involves enrolling guests into the loyalty program, issuing rewards cards, assisting guests with questions, redemptions, and special requests. The representative will also maintain a clean and organized work environment, meet and greet guests, assist with promotions, and act as a liaison between guests and management. Additionally, the role requires monitoring promotional kiosks, providing guest services, representing the casino at off-property events, handling transactions, and performing other duties as required. The position is a key part of ensuring guests have a positive experience and are aware of the benefits of the loyalty program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some demonstrated guest service experience/training required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Enrolling guests into the loyalty program, embossing and issuing rewards cards.
  • Transporting supplies, forms and assisting guests with questions, redemptions and special requests.
  • Accurately entering player data into SG-CMP.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment.
  • Meeting and greeting guests on the gaming floor as well as at special events and promotions.
  • Assisting with promotions, player development and redemptions as applicable.
  • Acting as a liaison between guest(s) and management as relates to needs of guest(s) complaints and concerns.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Monitoring and having working knowledge of promotional and enrollment kiosks.
  • Providing guest services where directed to provide amplified service.
  • Representing the casino at off-property promotional events as needed.
  • Checking and retrieving guest’s coats and personal items.
  • Stocking and re-stocking the area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods.
  • Performing cash and/or credit transactions with guests.
  • Other duties as required.
