About The Position

The Players Club Representative will assist the marketing director with various events, drawings, and duties. This role is responsible for performing the duties involved with the operation of promotional events and any other duties assigned by the controlling supervisor. The position requires flexibility to work any shift as needed, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and involves frequent lifting, with occasional requirements to lift over 50 pounds. The representative must be able to sit/stand for extended periods, work independently, and function as part of a team in a small, enclosed area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license.
  • Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to lift frequently, and occasionally lift in excess of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to take directions well.
  • Ability to work within a small enclosed area with others as a team.
  • Ability to count and write numbers legibly.
  • Ability to stand long periods of time.
  • Bending and lifting are required.
  • Must wear gaming badge at all times while on duty or doing business in the casino.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing director with various events, drawings, and duties.
  • Perform duties involved with the operation of promotional events.
  • Perform match play sign-ups.
  • Gather drawing entries and perform drawings.
  • Operate promotions through the player tracking system.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures written for the department.
  • Blend personalities with co-workers, management, and the public.
  • Promote strong guest service skills and ensure the highest possible standards of guest services.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies are available to begin the shift.
  • Count and write numbers legibly.
  • Stand for long periods of time; bending and lifting are required.
  • Ensure exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always maintained.
  • Monitor, stock, and clean the assigned area.
  • Be courteous and professional at all times to co-workers, guests, vendors, or anyone encountered while on duty.
  • Wear the gaming badge at all times while on duty or conducting business in the casino.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by an immediate or controlling supervisor.
