Reporting to the WNT Assistant Coach & Player Scout Manager and collaborating with the Women’s Talent ID management team, the Women’s College Player Scout Manager will oversee scouting, tracking, and monitoring of high potentials within the NCAA landscape. This role involves leading all aspects of U.S. Soccer’s Women’s College Talent ID Plan and cultivating deep knowledge and relationships with key NCAA programs and members to gather detailed information. The goal is to drive an accurate, efficient, evidence-based, and collaborative decision-making and player selection process.
