Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and foster lasting guest relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling guest needs.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments and multitasking.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or gaming is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with gaming industry practices and regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for players, ensuring outstanding service and timely response to inquiries.
- Build and nurture relationships with guests through personalized attention and engagement strategies.
- Plan and host player events, tournaments, and promotions to drive excitement and participation.
- Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify outreach opportunities and player preferences.
- Collect feedback and share player insights with relevant departments to enhance overall service delivery.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop appealing player promotions and communication materials.
- Educate guests on available services, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Uphold all gaming regulations and internal controls to maintain a compliant and professional environment.
- Work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
