About The Position

The Player Assistant works at Onion Creek Club in Austin, Texas. The role supports golfers and golf course operations by helping maintain pace of play, coordinating course activities with the golf shop and outside services, keeping essential golfer supplies stocked, and maintaining the practice tee and green. Responsibilities

• Patrol the golf course, maintain pace of play, and respond to golfers’ questions or concerns.
• Coordinate golf course activities with the golf shop and outside services.
• Maintain inventory of scorecards, pencils, tees, divot repair tools, and ball markers.
• Keep the practice tee and green clean and organized.
