About The Position

Jumpin’ Jellybeans Boutique Play Space is a community-centered indoor play space for children ages 10 and under. We provide a clean, safe, and engaging environment where children can play freely and parents can relax and recharge. The Play Space Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for all guests. This role involves supervising children in the play area, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, assisting families, and supporting daily operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old (or per state labor laws)
Experience working with children preferred (daycare, camps, babysitting, teaching, etc.)
Friendly, energetic, and dependable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

Greet families warmly and provide an excellent first impression
Monitor children at all times to ensure safe and appropriate play
Enforce play space rules in a friendly, calm, and professional manner
Assist parents and children as needed during play
Conduct hourly safety checks of all play equipment
Report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately to management
Perform ongoing cleaning and sanitizing of play areas, restrooms, and common spaces
Follow all health and safety protocols
Assist with admissions, waivers, memberships, and basic POS transactions
Set up and break down for parties, events, and special programs
Restock supplies and maintain organized play areas
Support team members and managers with daily tasks
Represent the Jumpin’ Jellybeans brand with positivity and professionalism
Create a joyful, inclusive, and family-friendly atmosphere
Uphold company policies, values, and customer service standards
