About The Position
At Platinum Resort, each of our luxury homes has just 16 residents. We call them our grandparents. You'll know their stories, their favorite songs, and how they take their coffee. You'll have time to actually care for them. We don't hire caregivers. We hire Platinum Angels. It's a title our team wears proudly, because what they do every day is extraordinary.
Requirements
- Have a kind, patient heart and a good sense of humor
- Can handle physical work like lifting and helping with mobility
- Can work at any of our Georgetown homes, including Serenada and Berry Springs, when needed
Nice To Haves
- Love learning and want to grow (experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person)
Responsibilities
- Help grandparents with dressing, bathing, grooming, and getting around
- Share conversations, laughter, activities, and companionship
- Assist with / administer and document medications
- Help with meals and dining
- Keep our homes clean, safe, and beautiful
- Notice changes in health or mood and report them to the team
