About The Position

Under general supervision, this role manually submerges panels and/or operates repetitive plating and wet process machines to electroplate/tinplate circuits onto panels. The operator will also check chemical bath levels, perform additions as directed, and conduct manual operations including machine loading. Monitoring machines and performing limited preventive maintenance, such as cleaning screens and adding chemistry under lab direction, are also key duties. The role requires understanding industry standards and customer specifications, effective communication with management, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the capacity to work under pressure with time constraints.
