The company is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join their Plating Inspection and Packing team. As a Plating Inspection and Packing Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and proper packaging of high-visibility, chrome-plated automotive components, performing detailed inspections, and carefully packing finished parts to meet industry standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 60 lbs. for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality, especially during the 60-day probationary period.
Willingness to follow all safety practices and work procedures.
Basic math skills to support packing and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

Carefully examine chrome-plated and plastic automotive components for surface defects and quality standards.
Carefully rack and unrack plastic or plated parts of from or onto plating parts racks.
Accurately pack parts into boxes or containers to prepare for shipment.
Load and unload components efficiently to support workflow.
Safely handle and lift packaging weighing up to 60 lbs.
Perform light trimming or clipping tasks depending on production needs.
