This position involves wiring electronic components for the plating process, utilizing various prep techniques determined by product criteria, and adhering to manufacturing operating procedures (MOP) and bill of materials (BOM). The role includes conducting inspections of completed work, cleaning finished products, performing heat tests on plated units, loading data into IFS, conducting bend tests and recording results, and managing inventory and ordering of plating shop supplies. The individual must be able to take direction from the production coordinator to organize plating priorities based on production goals.
