About The Position
We are looking for an individual to work in our plating department as an assistant. This role involves supporting the department with multiple plating-related tasks, including ultrasonic cleaning of product, making chemical additions to tanks, daily inspection and maintenance of plating lines, weekly clean-up of plating lines, and repairing/making racks for plating applications. The position also requires performing other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work safely.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in plating is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate and read in English is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate and read in English effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ultrasonic cleaning of product.
- Make appropriate chemical additions to tanks as needed.
- Daily inspection and maintenance of plating lines.
- Weekly clean-up of the plating lines.
- Repair-Make racks for plating applications.
- Support the department with multiple plating related tasks during downtime.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
