The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern application development. We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how to build tools that can transform and improve their product – starting with key business issues they face. You will be responsible for various activities, including designing, building, configuring, testing, analysis and delivery and support of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. Requirements

Eligible for DOD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in related field
DoD or government client experience
Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
Experience with software configuration, development, workflow and process design, analysis and quality assurance
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, PowerPlatform or CRM solutions and cloud-based technologies (Azure)
Knowledge of C#, .Net and JavaScript for customizing Dynamics and extending functionality
Experience implementing technology solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of cloud engineers, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience balancing time among different Dynamics and Power Platform solutions and other immersive technologies such as Azure, robotics, machine learning and blockchain
Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including military personnel, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures that meet the organization's needs and align with strategic goals.
Work with functional and product leads to manage the cloud aspects.
Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Consistently deliver quality client services.
Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Manage expectations of client service delivery.
Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.
Possess good business acumen.
Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
You’ll spend most of your time working with our product development teams to deliver custom software development solutions in the cloud that tackle frontline mission priorities.
