About The Position

We give you a world of potential Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Platform Support Engineer to join our Technology Operations department within our Computershare Technology Services (CTS) team. A role you will love As the Platform Support Engineer, you will ensure the seamless operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of both on-premises and cloud platforms. By collaborating with development, operations, and security teams, you will drive automation, standardization, and innovation across our technology stack. You will also be central to maintaining high service availability, supporting internal projects, and delivering robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. You will be empowered to identify and implement process improvements, contribute to strategic initiatives, and advance your technical expertise through ongoing learning and certification opportunities. You will also leverage modern cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and ITIL-based service management practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience working as a Platform Support Engineer or similar role
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and proactively find solutions
  • Experience with Windows Server, Cloud Platforms (preferably Azure) and Scripting (ideally PowerShell)
  • Experience with the Microsoft .NET Stack, NLB Concepts, preferably Citrix ADC (NetScaler), CI/CD Tooling and Kubernetes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADO, Docker and/or Terraform
  • Strong proficiency with Automation Concepts and Tooling

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and deploying the software across our environments
  • Managing build and deployment platforms to help drive towards continuous delivery
  • Contributing to practices and strategies to support cloud native goals
  • Managing appropriate Windows Server Environments, Cloud platforms, SSL Certificates and Citrix ADC Configuration, as well as the delivery of internal projects
  • Contributing to the technology stack by enhancing existing processes, with a focus on automation
  • Contributing to the production of high quality, relevant documentation including process documents, knowledge base articles, cheat sheets, and other technical reference materials
  • Closely collaborating with technology teams to deliver robust applications and services, as well as with operational teams to support them
