Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Senior Platform Support Engineer to join our Technology Operations department within our Computershare Technology Services (CTS) team. As the Senior Platform Support Engineer, you will ensure the seamless operation, deployment, and continuous improvement of both on-premises and cloud platforms. By collaborating with development, operations, and security teams, you will drive automation, standardization, and innovation across our technology stack. You will also be central to maintaining high service availability, supporting internal projects, and delivering robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. You will be empowered to identify and implement process improvements, contribute to strategic initiatives, and advance your technical expertise through ongoing learning and certification opportunities. You will also leverage modern cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and ITIL-based service management practices.
