About The Position

We are looking for a Platform Product Manager to support delivery within a defined area of our health platform. You will work closely with our Health and Wellness and Digital Health teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and keep our development teams moving. This role is execution-focused - you will be in the details of the backlog, the user stories, and the day-to-day delivery rhythm.

Requirements

• Product management experience, ideally in a platform, API, or services context.
• Strong business analysis skills - you can take ambiguous requirements and turn them into clear, actionable specs.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• A customer-first mindset, using research, data, and empathy to inform recommendations.
• An eagerness to learn and improve - you know there's always a better way and you look for it.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of FHIR and digital health standards is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate team and stakeholder needs into detailed, actionable delivery plans for your platform area.
• Maintain a deep understanding of your platform domain and act as a reliable resource for stakeholders and developers.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize feature requests - eliminating non-essential scope and focusing on what delivers real value.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the quality of specifications handed off to development.
• Participate in sprint planning, supporting scope definition and helping the team align on objectives.
