Requirements
- 8-10 years in IT Operations
- Mastery of AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting, and secure AI gateway management.
- 8+ years in platform-level technical leadership.
- OutSystems Expert certification
- Advanced Security/Cloud Architecture credentials.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for global, multi-environment OutSystems setups.
- Define the security and data residency protocols for AI agents operating within the OutSystems platform.
- Lead the transition from manual platform maintenance to Autonomous Platform Engineering, utilizing AI to predict and prevent system failures.
- Design the "Platform Workbench," leveraging Agentic Workflows to automate 60%+ of routine administrative tasks (upgrades, patching, scaling).
- Influence the OutSystems Product Management team by providing field-tested requirements for AI infrastructure.
