This role is for a senior engineering leader who can engage executives, lead engineering teams, drive technology transformation initiatives, and provide hands-on technical guidance when required. AI enablement and SRE transformation experience are highly desirable. Cloud expertise is considered a secondary requirement.

- Strong technical credibility with development teams
- Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices
- Executive and stakeholder communication skills
