About The Position

Capital Group is seeking a Platform Engineering leader to take ownership of and develop their Internal Developer Portal (IDP) as a primary product for developers. This role involves collaborating with Product Management to define the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a centralized service catalog and self-service capabilities, aiming to reduce friction and cognitive load for engineering teams.
