The team is looking for a data engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

  • Look at everything through the eyes of the customer and see their need for an easy and profitable life
  • Have a clear mission that focuses on the attention of the customer’s need above your own
  • Experience with API’s for data integration
  • Clear understanding of PCI requirements with network data
  • Continually look at the market and competition to see what is happening
  • Deep understanding of modern web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
  • Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
  • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Network Edge team to work on a complex and stragically vital project
  • Develop a core tool that supports long-term business initiatives
  • Align with the Network Data Intelligence team on data security and accuracey
