Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
• Experience working with OpenStack, containers, and cloud platform deployments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Ansible automation, configuration management, and operational support activities.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and support cloud platform environments using OpenStack and containerized solutions for telecommunications customers.
• Perform platform installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational support from deployment through production.
• Investigate and resolve incidents through JIRA, collaborating with global teams to ensure service continuity.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
• Monitor platform performance and system health using Prometheus and Grafana, while participating in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
