About The Position

Gravitee, a 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for API Management, is expanding into AI Agent Management. The company is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join their Platform Team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers Gravitee's platform, supporting customers with technical expertise, and ensuring the infrastructure can support AI workloads, agent orchestration, and real-time AI gateway operations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management
  • Fluency with creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation
  • Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management (ZeroSSL, Let's Encrypt)
  • Experience with continuous delivery tools (Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts)
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
  • Patient, resilient problem-solver with great attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms
  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements and GPU workload orchestration
  • Experience supporting AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure
  • Knowledge of networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns

Responsibilities

  • Participate in delivering Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including environments that support AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads
  • Deliver production-ready, Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments
  • Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with our products
  • Work with other team members to develop and maintain new infrastructure features
  • Share knowledge (tech and non-tech) during internal Gravitee TechTalks
  • Lead investigation of support tickets and work collaboratively to resolve customer issues
  • Create knowledge articles to complete documentation and enable customers to better understand product use cases
  • Be innovative within the team to help improve processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations
  • Be open and proactive in using AI-assisted tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, troubleshooting aids, automation helpers) to accelerate day-to-day work
  • Use AI thoughtfully to improve existing processes, reduce manual toil, and increase reliability in operations and support workflows
  • Experiment with AI-driven approaches to problem solving, documentation, and incident analysis, while maintaining a strong critical mindset
  • Understand the limits of AI tools and apply engineering judgment to validate, refine, and productionize outcomes
  • Contribute ideas on how AI can be safely and effectively integrated into our platform, infrastructure, and internal tooling
