In this role, you will support daily shipping operations by preparing orders, documenting shipments, and ensuring materials are shipped accurately and on time. Requirements
- Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good reading and comprehension ability
- Ability to follow job tickets and production instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to maintain consistent quality while meeting production expectations
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move throughout the facility
- Regularly moves materials including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying items up to 25 pounds or more
Nice To Haves

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong analytical skills
- Good color discernment
Responsibilities
- Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
- Record shipment data including weight, charges, and space availability
- Complete shipping reports and required documentation
- Verify orders for accuracy prior to shipment
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely shipments
- Maintain organized shipping and staging areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
