About The Position
The Plastics Processing Bench Technician works in the CNC/Plastics department, building assemblies and processing acrylic components for one-of-a-kind, hand-built vessels. The work includes sanding and edge-finishing acrylic products and using power tools and hand tools to create components. The role is based in one indoor work location and offers a regular weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-minded approach.
- Willingness to ask questions and be teachable.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Motivation to make processes more efficient and accurate.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Process CNC-cut components.
- Sand and edge-polish acrylics.
- Complete assemblies of vessel components.
- Use power tools and hand tools daily.
