Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience. Or, Masters' degree with 3 years’ experience
Possess a sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of manufacturing and demand planning to drive production planning process.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Using material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections to move parts and skids
Lifting up to 50 lbs. , bending, stooping, walking

Nice To Haves

Awareness of continuous improvement with participation in a kaizen project team is desirable.
Manufacturing in an FDA regulated environment

Responsibilities

Process monitoring and optimization
Quality control
Documentation and reporting
Equipment maintenance
Training and support
Continuance improvement and compliance and safety
Create and/or organize a production schedule on a daily basis, and ensure that every output (level) is recorded appropriately in the correct system
Make sure schedules are clearly communicated to the manufacturing team and there is a clear understanding of what is required to meet the order and needs of customers.
Work hand-in-hand with other associates to make sure that all issues that are related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved.
