About The Position

A growing, state-of-the-art plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Physician Assistant with a strong interest in cosmetic medicine and advanced aesthetic care. This role involves conducting comprehensive patient consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, performing aesthetic procedures, and collaborating with physicians and the clinical team.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current professional certification.
  • Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license.
  • Strong knowledge of patient assessment, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and safe aesthetic care practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate patients and work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and patient-focused with a commitment to continuing education and growth within the aesthetic industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing patient care in plastic surgery, aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, dermatology, or a related clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and review medical histories.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and aesthetic goals.
  • Perform aesthetic procedures, including injectables and laser and energy-based therapies.
  • Educate patients on treatment options and provide appropriate post-procedure guidance.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory and infection-control standards.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care.
