About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) work in collaboration with the physician in the hospital-based inpatient and outpatient settings working with patients in all levels of care. Perform invasive procedures and requires a high level of independent clinical decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's Degree (Required)
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with physician and may perform services authorized by the supervising/collaborating physician that are part of the physician's normal course of practice and expertise.
• Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives.
• Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice.
• Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/SCA and delineation of privileges.
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
