About The Position

We are seeking a Plastic Surgeon for a Locum Tenens position at York Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center. This role involves providing on-call coverage for inpatient consultations and emergencies, managing surgical cases, performing procedures as needed, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining timely documentation in Epic. The coverage period is from November 23, 2026, to February 22, 2027, with on-call shifts from Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am.

Requirements

• Active PA license or IMLC
• Board Certified or Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• PA DEA required
• Minimum 5 years in Plastic Surgery experience

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for Plastic Surgery inpatient consultations and emergencies at York Hospital
• Manage surgical cases in a Level 1 trauma center
• Perform inpatient surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Maintain timely documentation in Epic
