About The Position

Iredell Physician Network is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join its employed physician network, affiliated with Iredell Health System. The role is based in the Mooresville area of North Carolina. The position offers a two-year guarantee with incentive bonuses available, a CME allowance, paid malpractice coverage, and a sign-on bonus. Iredell Health System is a locally owned and managed 501(c)(3) nonprofit healthcare organization serving communities across Iredell, Alexander, Davie, and Catawba counties. It is anchored by Iredell Memorial, a 247-bed hospital in Statesville, and includes physician practices, specialty groups, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent cares, and other outpatient services. The opportunity is in the Lake Norman region, with access to local recreation and nearby Charlotte, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the coast.

Requirements

Hold a North Carolina medical license.
Hold a DEA registration.
Be board certified.
Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences.
Ability to serve without prejudice or judgment regardless of patients’ lifestyle, race, economic status, age, or religious affiliation.
