About The Position

Cosmetic Surgery Center is seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join its growing team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The position offers an opportunity to perform a broad range of cosmetic surgical procedures and help grow and expand surgical services within an established aesthetic practice. The role is suited to a surgeon passionate about aesthetic surgery and exceptional, patient-centered outcomes, and includes access to advanced technology, a collaborative clinical environment, and operational, marketing, and administrative support. The position offers a guaranteed annual base salary of $350,000 to $400,000, based on experience and qualifications, with additional earning potential through a productivity incentive structure tied to procedural volume and performance, as well as equity opportunities.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
Active or eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Virginia.
Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic surgery and patient-centered care.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Commitment to excellence.
