About The Position

MUM Industries, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Plastic Process Line Operator for their Headquarters in Mentor, OH. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $16.00/hr. The operator will be responsible for loading bowls with the correct product, placing products into fixtures properly, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires the ability to manually use hands and arms for moving materials, operating machinery, and performing visual inspections. The operator must be able to read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers, verify product against BOM and drawings, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Able to operate Automatic inserting machine
Able to read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers
Must know what components are, in relation to the Bill of Materials
Must be able to verify product based on Bill of Materials (BOM)
Must be able to verify product with drawings (Where applicable)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater
Able to use hands and arms manually when moving materials and products
Able to use hands and arms manually when operating the automatic inserting machine

Responsibilities

Operate Automatic inserting machine
Load the bowls with the correct product
Place products into the fixtures properly
Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards
Visually inspect to ensure parts meet standards of expectations; utilizing gauges as necessary
Complete process verification and inspection sheets as required
Use hands and arms manually when moving materials and products
Use hands and arms manually when operating the automatic inserting machine
Read and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routers
Verify product based on Bill of Materials (BOM)
Verify product with drawings (Where applicable)
Lift 50 pounds or greater
