About The Position

We’re hiring a Process Engineer or Senior Process Engineer to lead thermoforming process development and optimization—from concept through full-scale production. This role involves owning equipment performance, improving processes, and driving immediate results on the production floor. The position is based in Leola, PA or Mason, MI.

Requirements

• Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, or similar processes
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D, and CI tools
• Ability to analyze equipment, materials, and process variation
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and specs

Responsibilities
