Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Plasma Table Operators for projects located in the Liberty, MO area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-28/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Proficiency in operating plasma cutting equipment and precision measurement tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with pronest and autocad is a plus
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a 5-axis plasma table to perform straight cuts, bevel, cut holes and complex shapes
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, convert design instructions into machine-readable computer commands
- Load materials using forklift or crane
- Conduct test runs
- Perform routine maintenance
- Assist with fabrication projects when not operating the plasma table
