About The Position
Plasma Processor (Customer Service) - We train. Our ideal Plasma Processor has great organizational, computer, and trouble-shooting skills, and feels comfortable being exposed to extreme temperatures. Handles responsibilities in many operational areas of the plasma center such as maintaining accurate donor files, shipping, and inventory control.
Requirements

- Ability to maintain accurate donor files, shipping, and inventory control
Responsibilities
- Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
- Records weight of product and samples.
- Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
- Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
- Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
- Maintains active communication and quality.
