About The Position

The Plasma Processor role involves handling responsibilities in many operational areas of the plasma center, such as maintaining accurate donor files, shipping, and inventory control. This position requires superior customer service standards, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and an interest in making a difference in the world. The ideal candidate will also possess great organizational, computer, and trouble-shooting skills, and be comfortable with exposure to extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
- Records weight of product and samples.
- Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
- Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
- Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
- Maintains active communication and quality.
