About The Position

The Plantwide Helper assists operators in the operation of all machines, performs quality checks, and works effectively with team members across shifts and departments. This role requires effective communication, the ability to follow instructions, and adaptability to change. The position is full-time, hourly, with shifts from Monday to Friday and occasional weekends, including 1st (7 am – 3 pm), 2nd (3 pm – 11 pm), and 3rd (11 pm – 7 am) shifts.

Requirements

• Adapt to change

• Reading a tape measure
• Be able to drive a PIT
• Self-motivated
• Computer literacy

• Assist operators in the operation of all machines
