About The Position
We are hiring a Plant Utility Operator to support daily operations, equipment handling, and plant maintenance in a quarry environment.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Industrial or heavy equipment experience
- Mining, manufacturing, or heavy industrial experience
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment (loaders, dozers, skid steer, haul trucks)
- Support production, material handling, and cleanup
- Inspect and clean trucks and railcars
- Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and assist across plant operations
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Back up other Utility Operators
- Back up Plant Operators
