About The Position

Join Novolex as a Plant Utilities Maintenance Specialist. We are a premier manufacturer serving foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery/retail, and industrial markets. Requirements

• Pre-employment assessments are required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, compliant facility conditions aligned with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist maintenance teams with equipment cleaning and de-greasing to reduce downtime.
• Operate scissor lifts and articulating lifts to reach overhead work areas.
• Apply hand tools for small-scale mechanical tasks and adjustments.
• Strictly follow lock out/tag out procedures.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and wear proper PPE at all times.
