Ocean Spray is hiring for a Plant Training Coordinator. Ocean Spray is a farmer-owned co-op where everyone contributes to getting the job done. The company was started by three maverick farmers and has been making its own way ever since. In this role, the Plant Training Coordinator will be responsible for administering comprehensive training systems for plant team members, including technical training, required compliance training, new hire onboarding, and more. The coordinator will develop training materials, document team member completion, and evaluate program effectiveness. Additionally, they will lead the Train the Trainer program, lead training efforts, maintain a training calendar, administer the MPOWER LMS, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive training experiences for all plant team members. Ocean Spray's products are made from cranberries grown by 700 family farmers who own the cooperative.
