About The Position

The PST - Converting Technician job family includes a variety of roles focused on the conversion of raw materials into finished products. This involves the use of specialized machinery and equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and quality control checks. The PST - Converting Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining converting equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products. This role requires a keen attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Requirements

Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
18 years of age or older
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
Willing to work rotating shifts
